How Quixoo Works
Designed to fit naturally into your workflow.
Quixoo is designed to fit naturally into how teams already manage knowledge and access. It starts with a single control point—an administrator—who defines how the system is structured and used.
Admin Control & Knowledge Upload
The administrator uploads documents, reference files, guidelines, and internal material into Quixoo or connects approved cloud storage where these files already exist. Quixoo does not assume or learn anything on its own—it works only with the information and permissions that are intentionally provided.
Configuring AI Agents
Within the system, the administrator can create one or more AI agents. Each agent is configured with clear instructions that define its role, behavior, and scope. Agents can be dedicated to specific teams, functions, or use cases, depending on how the organization chooses to structure them.
Contextual Responses
Each agent is linked to selected documents and cloud files. When a question is asked, the agent responds based on its instructions and the knowledge it has access to—nothing more, nothing less. This keeps answers relevant, controlled, and aligned with internal practices.
Direct File Access
If a user has permission, Quixoo can also fetch the exact file directly from the connected cloud drive and present it within the conversation. This removes the need to ask another person to locate and share documents. Information flows directly to the people who are authorized to access it.
Secure & Managed Access
Access to every agent and document is managed by the administrator. Team members or external users can be added with individual logins, ensuring that each person sees only what they are meant to see. All access is password-protected and controlled at the agent level.
